The desktop FAQ says existing plan prices did not change in the rename, including legacy Windsurf Enterprise. It does not restate the old dollar amounts.
Teams is $80 per month for the team plan plus $40 per month per full developer seat. The comparison table says each full user includes a quota and access to Devin Desktop.
SWE-2 Free is listed for Devin Desktop and CLI through 16 October 2026.
Teams lists centralized billing and an admin dashboard. Enterprise lists SSO and centralized admin controls.
Models
Free has limited model availability. Pro says full model availability, including frontier models from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and SpaceXAI, plus leading open source models. The quota FAQ says free models do not count against quota and that extra usage is billed at API list price. Named examples on the pricing FAQ for stretching quota are Haiku, GPT 5.2 Mini, and Kimi K2.5. A full model matrix by plan was not published as checkmarks in the page text reviewed.
macOS, Windows, and Linux desktop. The rename FAQ gives the application names Devin.app, Devin.exe, and Devin on Linux, and lists per-user data paths for all three. source
Devin CLI. The pricing page includes Devin CLI in the SWE-2 Free offer. The FAQ says the Devin CLI update mechanism is separate from the desktop app. source
JetBrains plugin. The FAQ says the Windsurf JetBrains plugin is in maintenance mode and that Cascade inside it is being deprecated. It recommends Devin over ACP. source
The desktop FAQ says Windsurf is renamed Devin Desktop, delivered as an update, with the same IDE features and unchanged plan prices. Cascade remains available through July. The JetBrains plugin is in maintenance mode.
