Dated product changes for the agents on AgentShelf, each linked to the vendor changelog, release, or docs page. This is not the product. The comparison matrix is. Undated notes stay at the bottom.
Release notes add a usage-limit cap for unattended retry, a vim-mode percent motion, and a fallback when the newest Fable alias is not available to the organization.
The product page lists fast mode for Opus 5.5 at $8 input and $40 output per million tokens, in research preview, on consumption plans and via usage credits.
With no model selected, the Cline and OpenRouter providers use Claude Sonnet 5.5. The notes also add Claude Haiku 5.5 to the catalog and say turning reasoning off no longer fails on GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol, Claude Fable 5, or Claude Opus 5.5.
The Cursor iOS app can show and reply to local agents running on your computer. Remote control stays on the machine and is off by default for Enterprise until an admin enables it.
GitHub Copilot — Business and Enterprise billing changes
GitHub said Business and Enterprise prices were not changing, and that new credit-card or PayPal sign-ups would start to return on 1 September 2026, with upfront seat charges for existing card or PayPal customers from 1 October 2026.
GitHub published the v2.0.0-vscode tag on 19 June 2026. The release body is empty. The README says Continue shipped a final 2.0.0 release of the VS Code extension, CLI, and JetBrains plugin.
The desktop FAQ says Windsurf is renamed Devin Desktop, delivered as an update, with the same IDE features and unchanged plan prices. Cascade remains available through July. The JetBrains plugin is in maintenance mode.
GitHub said usage-based billing was live for all Copilot users, and Copilot Max was available as an upgrade for existing Student, Pro, and Pro+ subscribers.
Release notes add support for GPT-5 models and for Grok-4 via xai/grok-4 and an OpenRouter model name. This is the latest GitHub release as of 15 October 2026.
